As you mature in your sport, you develop your own routines that help you get ready for games. Some ways that you can warm up are: Stretching, breathing, practicing (your sport), and listening to music.

We made a survey for NCAA and professional athletes. One question we asked them was; if music helps them get ready for a game. Here's Dylan Woolf's (D1 Hockey Player at St. Lawrence University) response to that question: "I think it helps me get focused, and in the end, helps me play better on the ice."
